I recently attended a wedding at this venue and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the venue is extremely well-maintained with top-notch facilities and amenities, the catering service is exceptional with delicious food, and the poolside area is a visual treat. However, there are two areas for improvement: the location is a bit of a challenge, being far from the main city area and difficult to reach, and the open ground area of the wedding venue is not well-levelled, which is a concern for safety especially for older people . Overall, with some attention to these issues, this wedding venue has the potential to be truly exceptional.

Excellent service, and rooms were neat, tidy and pristine.The staff were very polite and hospitable.Would recommend: 10/10P.S. Special thanks to the person at the reception during the 6 am time, he returned my lost bag to me well in time.

Went on a wedding. Multiple ball rooms for holding the festivities. Outdoor/indoor both. The staff were very polite and co operating. The arrangements were also top notch. The rooms were comfortable and clean. No complaints. Swimming pool is also clean, not extremely chlorinated so not very hard on eyes.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff ,Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help,Perfect location, excellent service. I had an easy and confortable stay . . .short summaryRoom was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Location is also good for getting to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay here.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful , friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything,Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern, breakfast was fresh and delicious as well as Lunch and Dinner.No gripes about the hotel at all and overall a very pleasant stay. Worst experience!! Had gone here with my friends for a staycation. We didn't like the room.The tall boy in the front office was rude to us when we addressed that we didn't like the room. He had lots of attitude I don’t know why. Just ruined the day for me and my friends. I would love to come back to this place but unfortunately I never will neither will I suggest to anyone because of the behaviour of that guy.The hotel has much potential if maintained properly.

The stay was quite comfortable. The service, food, pool party, and all other amenities were excellent. My child was a big fan of children play point. The waiting area, restaurant, party area all well maintained. Would like to visit this place again and again.

I recently stayed at the luxurious hotel(The grand casa)in Siliguri and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest. Its a brand new Hotel.But the service is extremely poor. The bathroom drainage facility is so poor - all the water after bath backflowed . The housekeeping staff dsnt knw how to fix tv. The reception staff directly asked to talk in hindi - as she dsnt know how to speak and understand bengali ( she is working as a receptionist in front desk of a hotel and she dsnt knw the local language ) she asked me to talk in her language (.Hindi).Remote place - no nearby shop.Mosquito will ruin ur stay.all over hotel there is mosquito.Never visit this hotel.At this price ul get better hotel at better place
