1. Standard Booking Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the check-in date without any penalty.

Late Cancellation (within 48 hours): A cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room charge will apply.

No-Show: Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. The full first night’s rate will be charged, and the reservation will be cancelled.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” cannot be cancelled or modified.

In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the booking will be charged with no refund.
3. Group Bookings (5 rooms or more)

Cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: Full refund of advance payment.

Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.

Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
4. Early Departure

Guests checking out before their scheduled departure date must inform the front desk at least 24 hours in advance.

Early departures are subject to a one-night retention charge, and the remaining amount may be refunded based on the booking type and length of stay.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.

Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion charges (if applicable) will be borne by the guest and deducted from the refund amount.
6. Modifications

Guests may request date changes or room type modifications subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

For non-refundable bookings, modifications are not permitted.
7. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, The Grand Casa will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit or flexible rebooking, at management’s discretion.
