By making a reservation or staying at The Grand Casa, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Reservations & Check-In
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and check-in.
A valid government-issued photo ID and a booking confirmation are required at check-in.
Check-in time: 12:00 PM IST
Check-out time: 11:00 AM IST
Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed subject to availability and applicable charges.
2. Booking & Payment
Reservations can be made directly via our website, by phone, or through authorized booking partners.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of valid payment or deposit, as required.
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Room rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Flexible Booking: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation or No-Show: A one-night retention charge will apply.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must maintain decorum and behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
The hotel is strictly non-smoking in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
Illegal activities, including drug use and gambling, are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is granted.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for any loss or theft.
5. Damages & Liabilities
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property.
The hotel reserves the right to charge for deep cleaning, repairs, or replacements resulting from guest negligence.
The Grand Casa is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on the premises due to negligence on the part of the guest.
6. Use of Facilities
Hotel facilities such as parking, Wi-Fi, and common areas are provided as a complimentary service and are subject to availability.
Wi-Fi access is provided for lawful and reasonable use only. Misuse of internet services will lead to access restrictions.
7. Force Majeure
The Grand Casa shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or power failures.
8. Right to Refuse Service
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at its discretion in case of:
Overbooking or technical error
Violation of terms
Inappropriate or unlawful behavior
Safety concerns or emergency situations

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Siliguri, West Bengal.
